All products are priced in Euros (€). All transactions will be charged in Euros (€) and converted to your local currency on your bank statement.

We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped via PostNL.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
If you order before 2pm on working days, we package & ship your activewear on the same working day. In 95% of the cases you will have it at home tomorrow. This only applies to orders in the Netherlands. All other countries have a delivery time between 2-7 days. If you order after 2pm, we will package & ship your order the next working day. Remember that delivery time might be longer if the product is out of stock, during weekends, periods of sales and public holidays.

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?
After clicking on the checkout button on your cart page, you will be prompted to enter your information and review your order (order summary). A discount code can be entered in the order summary. Each ambassador has its own discount code of 15% that can be shared with its followers. This code can be used once per order and not in combination with other codes.The 20% discount codes for our ambassadors can only be used by them and not by third parties. Please note that discount codes are not applicable to any sale or promotional items.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
You can find size information in the description section of each product page and in our sizing guide. As all our products have a unique size, please look at each of them before adding to cart. If you need more assistance in choosing a size, do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com.
WHEN WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
We do our best to restock sold out items as quickly as possible. You can enter your e-mail address by clicking on the desired size. This way you will be informed as soon as this product is available again.
PRE-ORDER YOUR FAVORITE ITEM(S)
It is possible to pre-order your favorite item (s) so that you are sure that you will receive your item (s) at the next launch. On the product page you can see if you can pre-order it and when we will send it to you.
If you mix Presale and Non-Presale items in an order, the entire order will ship upon the arrival of the Presale item(s). We will not be able to split orders ship each item individually.
If you have placed a pre-order order, it is not possible to cancel it before you have received the item. If you are not happy with your order when you have received it, you can of course always send it back for a refund or exchange.
WHAT FABRICS ARE EACH OF THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?
Fabrics used in manufacturing are nylon, polyester and elastane.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?
We understand that it can be really frustrating when the tracking status says delivered but you did not receive it. There are a few things you can do:
1. Check with anyone who may possibly have signed the package on behalf of you.
2. Check your mailbox/concierge.
If you still do not receive the package after 24 hours, please reach out to us and we will try our best to assist you.
HOW DO I RETURN / CHANGE AN ITEM?
We are sorry to hear that you’re not happy with your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
You can easily return by following the steps below.
- Log in to your Victory Sportswear “Account”.
- Click on “Order history”.
- Click on “View” next to the order and find the item(s) you would like to return/exchange and tap “Apply for refund” or “Refund my entire order”.
- Select the amount of items and tell us the reason of the refund/exchange application.
- Submit you return/exchange and then send the item(s) back to us.
- Check the status of your return process in your account here “Refund information”.
If you checked out as a guest, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, the item(s) and reason of the refund/exchange application. After you have received a confirmation email, you can return the package to our return address.
When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging size we will bear the cost sending the new size back to you. Please note that all products returned must met the following conditions :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed and should not contain make-up / deoderant stains or animal hair.
- Add your order confirmation and information regarding the change/return.
Sale: Products in the sale are finale sale, this means you can not return it nor get your money back. When your item doesn’t fit you can exchange it in the right size if this one is still in stock.
Once the returned item is received, a replacement item (if exchanged) will be sent – or we will issue a full refund.(Excluding shipping costs) Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your returned item for another item. Send your order back to us and order the desired item in the shop yourself.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during shipment or you have received the wrong item. In that case, we ask you to contact our directly true email: email@example.com. It is also useful to send photos of the complaint. (Note! Do not return the item yet, unfortunately, we cannot find a suitable solution for you without a photo.) Our customer service will process your message as quickly as possible and look for the best solution.
