HOW DO I RETURN / CHANGE AN ITEM?
We are sorry to hear that they aren’t right for you. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on orders provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the order and meets our return policy.
The order must be received by us within 14 days after receiving the order. For all returns please contact us at email@example.com and then send the parcel back to us:
When returning goods, shipping is at your own expense but when exchanging size we will bear the cost sending the new size back to you. Please note that all products returned must met the following conditions :
- All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- Add your order confirmation and information regarding the change/return.
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sale: Products in the sale are finale sale, this means you can not return it nor get your money back. When your item doesn’t fit you can exchange it in the right size if this one is still in stock.
Once the returned item is received and processed, a replacement item (if exchanged) will be sent – or we will issue a full refund within 5 working days (excluding shipping costs)
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
If you receive a damaged item/s, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer a refund (excluding shipping costs) unless you’re happy with an exchange or replacement. To speed up the process we recommend you to take some pictures that can be emailed to us.
